Rental property needed

Interested in rental properties preferably a house, I am willing to pay $525-$535 for a 2 bed & $550-$600 for a 3 bed, I need a garage for winter parking because I only have the full use of one hand from a stroke & I need spacious rooms for a mobile chair & scooter, (I can walk short distances w/cane). A garage is needed I’m still employed at OUHSC for 10 yrs. now & still driving, only I don’t want to deal with snow, etc. in during the winter months. I have a good rental history, I rented from Les Miller (deceased), his son Steve Miller has the business now, for 11 yrs., Sylvia Short for 7 yrs., and Ester Thompson for 9 yrs. I am a 60 yr. old woman needing help in finding a decent, house in a  pretty safe neighborhood to live in. I’ve been off & on work for 3 yrs. now from an on the job arm injury (it happened to be on the right the opposite side of the stroke), so my credit is looking very ugly if it weren’t for the 3 yrs. off & on for 3 surgeries that got me behind on all my bills? A lawyer is taking care of my financial problem.  I appreciate whatever you all can do, my handicap & the 5pm darkness limits what I can do (as for house searching).
